Resum:
Cultural heritage documentation has become a recent priority for institutions and organizations in charge of its management and conservation. One approach could be the use of international standards such as CityGML data model applied to the representation of 3D and semantic information about cultural heritage objects.
This paper introduces the methodology currently followed in the ADISPA project which basically consists of three steps: generate, store and use the information modeled in CityGML. Besides, this paper analyses the existing standards and tools in order to share, reuse and exchange the information represented by CityGML data model between several applications for 3D modeling, annotation and 3D visualization.
