La confidencialidad, como principio esencial del procedimiento de mediación, tiene particular incidencia en el entorno electrónico. El presente trabajo indaga en su significado, sus ámbitos subjetivo y objetivo y en sus límites, teniendo presente la normativa autonómica existente y la Directiva 2008/52, relativa a ciertos aspectos de la mediación en asuntos civiles y mercantiles y otros docu- mentos concordantes. |
