L’augment del número de denúncies de violència filio-parental en els darrers anys fa plantejar l’abordatge d’aquest fenomen des d’una perspectiva nova. Un cop s’ha dictat sentència des de justícia juvenil només es pot actuar de forma obligatòria amb el menor infractor, tot i que les especificitats d’aquests tipus de delicte, on víctimes i agressors conviuen en el mateix domicili, fa que per la resolució del conflicte sigui necessari involucrar no només al menor, sinó també als seus pares i a les persones del seu entorn. Els objectius del present treball són la creació d’un projecte pilot a justícia juvenil per casos de violència filio-parental aplicant el Family Group Conference, un model de pràctica de justícia restaurativa de conferencing, i un anàlisi del fenomen de la violència filio-parental. La metodologia emprada és de caràcter qualitatiu amb fonts mixtes, essent les principals tècniques utilitzades l’entrevista i la revisió bibliogràfica. S’ha realitzat un anàlisi de les experiències d’aplicació del Family Group Conference en països europeus, de l’avaluació de la implantació d’aquesta pràctica a Catalunya i del perfil dels menors denunciats per violència filio-parental i el de les seves famílies. Els resultats obtinguts mostren que la pràctica del Family Group Conference és eficient i exitosa, però que per implantar-la és necessari una adaptació a les necessitats i la realitat del territori. No s’ha pogut extreure un perfil dels joves infractors de violència filio-parental i de les seves famílies, però sí s’han pogut identificar característiques que es presenten amb més freqüència. Aquestes dades han servit de base per l’elaboració del projecte de Family Group Conference en casos de violència filio-parental a justícia juvenil: una proposta per treballar aquest fenomen d’una forma més integral a partir d’aquesta pràctica, fent partícips de forma voluntària a tots els protagonistes i a la seva xarxa de suport per resoldre els seus conflictes amb l’acompanyament d’un treballador social.[spa] The current juvenile justice system acts on minors between the ages of 14 and 18 that have presumably committed a felony. It is based in the responsibility model that intends to make minors responsible for their own acts, applying educational measures based on the highest interest for the minor. The increased number of child-parent violence complaints in the last years poses to approach this phenomenon from a new perspective. Once a verdict has been dictated from the juvenile justice, mandatory actions are taken over the minor offender, although the specifications on these types of misdemeanours, where victims and aggressors live together under the same roof, makes it necessary for not only the minor but their parents and people from their close circle to get involved for the conflict resolution. The objectives of the present work are the creation of a draft project for juvenile justice for child-parent violence cases applying the Family Group Conference, a model of practical restorative justice of conferencing, and an analysis of the child-parent violence phenomenon. The method used is qualitative and from mixed sources, being the main techniques used interviews and bibliographic reviews. An analysis from the applied experiences from Family Group Conference in european countries, an evaluation of the introduction of this method in Catalonia and a profile of the reported minors for child-parent violence and their families has been performed. The results obtained show that the practice of the Family Group Conference, is efficient and successful. To implement it, it is necessary to adapt to the needs and realities of the territory. It has not been possible to extract a profile of the young child-parent violence offenders and their families. However, it has been possible to identify the features that come up more frequently. This data has served as a base to develop the Family Group Conference project in cases of child-parent violence in juvenile justice: a proposal to develop this phenomenon in a more global way, with this practice as a starting point, voluntarily making all the main characters and their support network part of it to solve all their conflicts with the help of a social worker.
