It is required to implement a cross-platform application with good practice guides in the work place to weigh up the stress in these places. This project will be destined , so far, to health care sector. But it is intended to be used in any place of work, where stress situations can lead to a performance loss, a low motivation and a poor relationship between coordinators and employees. For that, a project is developed, in which the coordinators and their respective employees will have a number of theory issues and graphics to analyze and a number of questions by topic to be answered. According to these questions, some statistics are calculated per coordinator and employee which will be studied by the work team that proposed such a project.
The main idea is, through these good practice guides in this app, coordinators realize that all methods used when working are not efficient. Work-related stress cases may occur, which would cause a slowdown. Through this app, coordinators will be able to learn gradually how to make stress disappear.
We use the gameification for making the item more bearable, using gameplay mechanics in an area outside of games like, for exemple, the inclusion of some levels in an app aimed at a psych issue, making more bearable the learning of exposed contents (both theoretical and graphical) in this app for generating good practice in the workplace.
In this report, we'll explain the analysis phase and the development of this cross-platform app, as well as the conclusions adopted, motivation when doing the project and a brief explanation of how to use it; digging as well in some problems found in its implementation and proposals for a second version of this app which, like all market apps, will have more versions throughout its life.
