Estruch(spa) El mercado de la vivienda español es un mercado ineficiente, y como consecuencia muchas-personas no tienen acceso a la vivienda. En este trabajo se expone la situación actual del-mercado de la vivienda junto con breves referencias a la situación en décadas pasadas para-luego, tratar las variables del Atlas Digital, una base de datos del Ministerio de Fomento con-datos relacionados con la vivienda. Estos datos son tratados a través de medidas de-desigualdad (estadísticos e índices) y también a través de la realización de modelos de-regresión para entender el comportamiento de algunas de las variables que se ofrecen en el-Atlas Digital para determinar posibles soluciones a las ineficiencias del mercado de la-vivienda..(eng)The Spanish housing market is inefficient. As a result, many people have no access to-housing. This paper aims to explain the current situation of the housing market with brief-references of the situation in past decades. This paper treats variables related to housing from a public access database, property of the-Ministry of Public Works and Transport. After a first exploratory analysis, data is processed-through inequality measures (statistics and indices), and through regression models to-understand the behaviour of some of the variables that are offered in the database to-determine possible solutions to the inefficiencies found in the housing market.
