[cat] A la indústria farmacèutica un petit error pot tenir grans conseqüències tan sanitàries com econòmiques. És per això que s’han de complir molt bé les normes de qualitat i dur a terme tots els processos acuradament.
Els errors que es poden produir poden tenir diferents causes com errors humans, errors de maquinaria o de processos. No obstant, avui dia, probablement gràcies al gran avenç tecnològic que s’està produint, el principal problema són els errors humans.
En aquest estudi s’ha volgut plasmar una situació real que es dona a la indústria i la seva gestió corresponent: l’aparició d’un problema de qualitat, l’estudi de la situació pertinent i la cerca d’una solució. En aquest cas el problema era una observació oberta pel CAPA team al departament de Packaging d’una determinada empresa per l’aparició de nombroses desviacions de qualitat. Davant d’aquesta situació s’ha fet un estudi per trobar la causa arrel del problema, s’ha buscat una possible solució i s’ha implantat.
Aquesta investigació ha estat possible gràcies al gran volum de documentació que elabora la indústria farmacèutica per qualsevol tasca, que permeten una correcta i total traçabilitat del procés.
Com a mesura correctiva s’ha implementat una variació de poka-yoke adaptada.
[eng] In the pharmaceutical industry a minor mistake can cause huge consequences, both sanitary and economic. Therefore, rules of quality have to be well followed and all the processes carried out carefully.
Mistakes can be made because of different causes such as human errors and machine or processing errors. Nevertheless, nowadays, probably as a result of the technological breakthrough which is taking place, the main problem are human errors.
The aim of this study is to show a real situation which often happens in the industry and how it is managed: the appearance of a problem, the study of this situation and the search for a solution. In this case the problem was an observation made by the CAPA team in one company’s Packaging department because of the increasing number of quality deviations. In this situation, a study has been carried out in order to find the root cause of this problem and a possible solution has been sought and implemented.
This research has been made possible thanks to the large volume of documentation produced by the pharmaceutical industry for any undertaking, allowing right and full traceability of the process.
As a corrective action an adapted variation of poka-yoke has been applied.
