The main goal is to provide companies a simplification and automation of human resources management, especially for the recruitment and selection process, with respect to job offers publication. Moreover, this is a useful tool for developers as well in order to search for employment. To achieve it, skills and references in projects are identified, constituting a curriculum that will be subjected to validation. This verification is its most innovative feature, differing substantially from other social networks. The application is scalable and modular, hence, it is adaptable to new requirements and applicable in other areas. This document details the process of planning, analysis, design and implementation of this social network as well as inferred conclusions and suggestions for improvement.
